towel absence equipment maintenance
The breakfast was acceptable. It offered plenty of options, I thought.
The service was somewhat disappointing, I felt. I asked the front desk for extra towels, but they NEVER arrived. i also noticed that the gym equipment was not well maintained. A treadmill was out of order, and another one made A LOT of noise.

rude staff inconsistent service
The service felt inconsistent, i think many staff needed more training. Some were even rude. the hotel did not reflect the lovely nature of mauritius. Staff told me problems at this resort are well known.
